It is our goal to provide you with our pieces in a timely and safe manner! However, the times above are estimates provided by our curriers, and we are not responsible for any delays caused by them and for items that are lost by them in transit.

How does shipping and delivery work?

After placing an order, our team will carefully select and package your item(s). Please allow up to 72 hours for this process. Orders are shipped only when all items in the order are ready. If your order includes a pre-order item, we will wait until the pre-order item becomes available before shipping your complete order.

Your parcel is expected to arrive within 8 to 12 business days. The delivery method may vary based on the type of order. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Don’t worry if there are no tracking updates within the first 24 hours—sometimes the system takes a day or two to reflect progress.

Delivery times depend on stock availability. If an item has a "sent" date listed in brackets, it indicates a pre-sale purchase. In this case, the item will be delivered within 8 to 12 business days from the "sent" date, assuming the stock arrives at our warehouse as scheduled.

If your order hasn’t arrived within 12 business days, please reach out to us here, and we’ll assist by following up with the courier.

*Please note: that if you purchase a pre-sale item and an in-stock item in the same order, both items will be sent out at the same time once all stock is available at our warehouse for dispatch.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Haven’t received your shipping confirmation email yet? Your order might be on pre-order, as indicated during checkout. Check your original order confirmation for details— you’ll receive the shipping confirmation email once the pre-order item arrives at our warehouse.

Duties and taxes are not included in the checkout total. These are determined by the customs agency in the destination country and are collected at the time of delivery by the recipient. Ravelia is not responsible for these fees.
