SHIPPING & DELIVERY
A pre-order occurs when we have incoming stock that has not yet reached our fulfilment centres. You can still order these products and we will ship as soon as stock arrives. This is usually on, or close to the specified date on the product page.
Orders are typically dispatched within 72 hours. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details, allowing you to monitor its journey until it arrives at your doorstep.
Delivery times vary based on your location and do not include processing times. With standard shipping, your order should arrive within 8 to 12 business days after dispatch. Plus, enjoy free standard shipping on all orders over $80/ 80€!
Duties and import taxes are not included in the checkout total. These are determined by the customs agency in the destination country and are collected at the time of delivery by the recipient. Ravelia is not responsible for these fees.
If you’re located in US standard shipping is free on all orders over $80/ 80€!. For orders under $80/ 80€!, standard shipping is $5.99/ 5.99€.
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.
Covered shipping guarantees your order will be replaced in the rare event it is confirmed as lost or stolen by the courier. If you choose not to select covered shipping, we cannot guarantee a replacement for your lost or stolen order.

Concerned your order might be lost in transit? While our couriers typically estimate delivery within 8 to 12 business days, delays can sometimes occur due to unforeseen circumstances. If this happens, your tracking information may be updated with a new "delayed" delivery date.
If your order hasn’t arrived within 18 business days, please reach out to us here, and we’ll initiate an investigation to resolve the issue.

We offer free returns for 30 days from the date your order is delivered/received.
However, not all items are eligible for return. Any products excluded under our return policy will be noted on product pages and / or at checkout. To be eligible for a return:
1. Item(s) must be initiated for return and placed in the post within 30 days of the date your order is delivered/received.
2. Item(s) were not marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” or is a"Custom item" at the time of purchase, unless faulty.
3. Item(s) must be returned in the original packaging, and in ‘as new’ condition. This includes attached swing tag, shoe boxes, ribbons and specialty packaging.
4. You must provide a photo of your item/s prior to shipping so we can assess the condition.
*Please note: If you claim a refund on a bundle, the bundle pricing is no longer valid. The items you keep will default to the current sale price and a refund will be given for the remaining amount.
Example: Purchased A Pearl Bundle for $150 Returned one Pearl Ring, current sale price = $52 Your refund is $150-$52 = $98 The above is only an example, the total amount owed will be calculated at the time your refund is requested.

GENERAL QUESTIONS
Yes it is- 99.9% of people find they have no sensitivity to our jewelry. As the outside layer of the piece is solid 18k gold, it interacts with your skin in the same way solid 18k gold would. If you do not have any sensitivities to solid gold, you will find gold-filled agrees well with your skin.
Our jewelry is hypoallergenic.
Yes! Showering is actually good jewelry, however, make sure that you don't use shampoos and soaps or any other chemicals. If you're not sure, take your jewelry off to shower.
Although we do recommend taking your Freshwater Pearl jewelry off to bathe/swim/shower, it is still completely fine to get them wet - we simply recommend giving the pearls a little clean every few months using a soft toothbrush, to ensure no dust builds up around the edges, which will keep them looking brand new and shiny.
Absolutely, but we recommend avoiding this, to ensure to not accidentally pull/tug on your jewellery, whilst exercising.
We recommend that customers remove jewelry before going to bed, or participating in physical activity. Exposure to certain harsh environments can result in compromising the integrity of your jewelry.
There is an extremely small chance that our jewelry materials themselves will cause any irritation to the skin, due to our products being of the highest quality, however, no two-skins are the same, and irritations can unfortunately sometimes happen. Please note that unless you are allergic to the metal type (this is very rare), irritations are mainly due to outside factors- e.g. failing to take hygiene precautions when placing the jewellery on, accidentally hitting or bumping the pierced area, wearing tight clothes which rub on the pierced area, etc. Other outside factors such as personal medications, perspiration, perfumes, cleaning agents, chlorine, salt water, and silver polish, may also have an impact on how your skin reacts to the jewelry, however, the chances of this happening are extremely small. Due to these factors being outside of our control, we cannot be held responsible if an irritation occurs, as we cannot know what caused the irritation.
